For individuals & solo professionals · no signup to try

Send documents that stay under your control.

Most ways to send a file hand it over and forget it. KS-Merge lets you expire the link, lock it with a passcode, watermark it to the recipient, see when it's opened, and revoke it any time — even after you've hit send.

Control after you hit send

Six things a plain email can't do

Links that expire

Set an expiry date and the link stops working — no more files living forever in someone's inbox.

Passcode lock

Protect the download with a passcode you send separately. Three wrong tries and the link locks itself.

Revoke any time

Changed your mind, sent to the wrong person, deal fell through? Kill the link instantly — even after it's out.

Know when it's opened

See when your document was viewed and downloaded, with a full access trail. No more wondering if it arrived.

Watermarked to them

Each recipient gets a copy stamped with their name, so if it ever leaks you know exactly whose it was.

Auto-erase

Files delete themselves on a schedule you choose. Nothing sensitive lingers on a server after it's done its job.

Questions

Straight answers

Does the person I send to need an account?
No. They get a link, enter the passcode you shared separately, and download. No signup, no app — it works on any phone or laptop.
Can I really revoke access after I've sent it?
Yes. Kill the link any time from your dashboard and it stops working immediately, even if you already sent it. Expiry dates and download caps do the same automatically.
How long is my file kept?
You choose. By default shares auto-erase on a schedule, so nothing sensitive lingers. Delete it yourself the moment it's done, too.
Is it actually secure?
Your file is locked away and only opens for someone with the passcode you shared — a passcode we never see. Every open is recorded so you know who looked, and on the free trial everything is wiped after 24 hours.
What can I send?
PDFs and images (PNG/JPG). You can also merge several files into one tidy, watermarked PDF before you send it.
